But before reaching the end consumer, the glasses produced by PINOPTIK goes through various phases of processing. A process made up of multiple steps, each of which is essential to give life to a product that is all Made in Italy.

Ideation
Whether our partners arrive already with a clear idea or only with a sketch drawn on a sheet of paper, it all starts with the creative process. During this stage the development of each new model takes place. Unique, cutting-edge, often even extravagant products, with the aim of always being innovative.
Design
In the design phase, ideas take shape, along with materials, workmanship, and finishes that together will enhance the collection or individual pair of glasses. Right from the start it is very clear that this is a team effort, which will result in a unique collection.
Prototyping
Once the design is set, we enter the actual prototype phase, to get the first model that will inevitably undergo variations, improvements, until the first collection of frames is obtained.
Production
We then come to production, which consists of many steps partly carried out by hand by our highly skilled technicians. Over the years PINOPTIK has invested and is constantly investing in technology to make the work of our employees even more precise and unique.
We go from the machining center for milling the fronts, to reworking on milled fronts in molding, cutting and engraving with laser machines, dry and water tumbling, meniscing, laser and induction welding, and then on to cutting and bending muzzles, washing and final tumbling.
Finally, the eyeglass is colored, and we proceed to terminal bending, nose pad and lens assembly, stamping and packaging of each piece.

Quality control
Throughout the entire process, the eyeglass is monitored piece by piece by the quality officers, so that the standards of excellence that we ensure for companies that entrust the entire production process to us are guaranteed. After the very last quality control, the finished eyeglass is bagged and sent to the partner company.
